Below you will find information about our offers for landlords and about the advantages you have if you start offering your apartment(s), villa(s), cottage(s) or hotel rooms on our booking platform for holiday rentals in Corfu.

You pay no commission

On our booking portal Corfu.Apartments.Villas you pay no commission for the bookings that you receive. Thus all rental income remains with you (except for taxes payable). We only charge a yearly advertisement fee at a fixed price for advertising your accommodation. You find the prices and the different subscription packages in the table further below. 

You decide which bookings you accept

You will receive enquiries and booking orders from prospective guest directly yourself. Also you have the advantage that booking orders are not accepted automatically. When you receive a booking order from a prospective guest you have 24 hours to accept or reject it. You decide yourself if you want to accept a booking order or not. Imagine, for example, that you receive a booking order for a relatively short period of time that is unfavourable in terms of travel times and that would most likely lead to a considerable number of vacancy days. You can reject such a booking order with one click. On our booking portal you have the control over your bookings.

You have direct contact to your guests

On Corfu.Apartments.Villas you have direct contact to the guests. As we do not work on a commission base, we share the contact details of your guests with you. So you always have the option to contact potential guests to ask them if they are a bit flexible with their booking dates if you receive a booking order that does not fit so well.


You can easily accept, reject, modify or cancel bookings with a few clicks

As soon as your advertisement has been completely set up on our booking platform, you can accept or reject booking orders easily with one click or modify or cancel them with a few clicks. Booking or cancellation confirmation emails are sent automatically to the guest based on email templates which we set up for you (subscription packages with setup service & support) or which you can create yourself (subscription packages without setup service & support). So you do not have to manually write emails yourself to accept, reject, modify or cancel bookings which saves you a lot of work and time.


You receive the rental payments directly yourself

It is not us as portal operators who initially receive the rental payments from your guests. The guests pay the deposit and the final payment directly to you. With our standard payment policy you normally receive 30% deposit within 3 working days after the booking confirmation and the remaining 70% (final payment) 30 days before the start of the rental period (or at arrival if you prefer this). Of course in case of last minute bookings the total amount is due immediately. Since you - using our default payment policy - directly receive the 30% deposit, you often can use the deposit payments already in wintertime / before the start fo the season for renovations, repairs or other investments. Naturally you can also use your own payment policy. In that case you have to create the respective email templates yourself.

You're not left empty-handed in the event of cancellations

We by default have a fair cancellation policy in our default general rental terms and conditions which you can use and which in our opinion are fair for guests and landlords. Using our default general rental terms and conditions guests cannot cancel bookings without paying cancellation fees so that you always end up with at least 30% (or more) int the event of cancellations. Standardly we use the following amounts as cancellation fees in the rental agreements with the guests:

  • 30% of the rental price for a cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period,
  • 50% of the rental price for a cancellation 59 to 31 days before the start of the rental period,
  • 80% of the rental price for a cancellation 30 to 7 days before the start of the rental period,
  • 90% of the rental price for a cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the rental period, or for non-utilization of the accommodation (if the guests do not show up it is not allowed to charge 100% because costs like costs for use of water or electricity do not occur if the guests do not use the accommodation at all).

We consider this cancellation policy fair, since it becomes more and more difficult for you to rent a cancelled booking period again, the closer the cancellation date is to the arrival date. Of course you do not have to use our default general rental terms & conditions but can insert your own cancellation terms & conditions in your advertisement.

We can support you in setting up your advertisement and managing your bookings

You can either select a subscription package with or without setup service & support. Our setup service & support includes (among many other things) the formulation and the provision of the advertisement texts for your accommodation in English and German as well as setting up the tariff system and changing the prices (up to two times a year), setting up automated last minute offers (so that you do not have to manually make last minute offers any more in the future) and also setting up the email templates (so that you can accept, reject, modify or cancel a booking with one/a few click(s)). From our experience we recommend to choose a subscription package with setup service & support, as this will save you a lot of time and you can also be sure that the accommodation and the price system as well as the email templates will all be set up correctly.

We spend a lot of your subscription fee for advertising and search engine optimisation (SEO)

We invest a high percentage of your annual subscription fee in advertising your accommodation (Google Ads, ...) and in search engine optimisation. Our booking portal for example ranks on a top position in the normal search results in Google if you search for "corfu apartments" or "apartments corfu". Also we use our following premium domains to promote your accommodation:
