From the 2022 newly built Sunset Sea View Villa 10 with private infinity pool you can enjoy stunning sea views of Arillas and the offshore Diapontian Islands. The Sunset Sea View Villa 10 is designed as a bungalow and for up to 4 persons and and has a living space of 77 square meters. Villa 10 is rented to adults only. The tastefully furnished villa comprises a spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large pool terrace with private infinity pool and sunbeds, and an outdoor dining area as well as an outdoor chillout area and shower. Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, two 43" 4K Ultra HD Smart TVs, air conditioning and electric window shutters in all bedrooms and the living room, a fireplace, free internet access (WLAN), a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a gas barbecue.

The Sunset Sea View Villa 10 with private infinity pool and with a cultivated garden is located in a quiet area embedded in an olive grove in Afionas in the northwest of the island of Corfu at the intersection of the 4 villages of Agios Georgios Pagon, Afionas, Arillas and Kavvadades. All the nine Sunset Sea View Villas Corfu are situated on five adjoining plots of land with a total area of over 12.750 sqm.

Sunset Sea View Villa 10 offers beautiful views of the coastal village of Arillas and from March to October of the sunset next to or behind the Diapontian Islands and Cape Kefali. Due to the central location between Agios Georgios Pagon, Afionas and Arillas, several beautiful sandy beaches and also the double bay Porto Timoni are very easy to reach. The gorgeous sandy beaches of Agios Georgios Pagon (Pagi) (about 5 minutes by car), Arillas (about 5 minutes by car) as well as the sandy beach of Agios Stefanos (about 8 - 9 minutes by car) are all only a few minutes away.

Especially the sandy beaches of Arillas and Agios Stefanos, but also the southern part of the long sandy beach in Agios Georgios Pagon are all very shallow sloping and therefore very suitable for children. Along the three sandy beaches you will find cafés, bars, taverns and restaurants as well as supermarkets and souvenir shops. Motor boats (up to 30 hp can be used without a licence), pedal boats, canoes and surfboards can be rented on all three beaches. Also the picturesque mountain village of Afionas, which is located nearby, has quite a number of typical Greek tavernas and restaurants, which offer tasty food and also great views of the sea and the sunset behind or near the Diapontian Islands. From Sunset Sea View Villas you can take numerous walks through villages, olive groves or along the coast e.g. to Cape Kefali or to the double bay Porto Timoni near Afionas.

The Sunset Sea View Villa 10 is built as a bungalow. It has a living room with open kitchen and a dining area with 4 chairs, two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and a large terrace with private infinity pool, on which you can relax under the spacious pavillon on the lounge chairs or on the comfortable sundbeds and watch the idyllic sunset over the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea.

Living room with open kitchen and dining area: Seating area with large corner sofa, couch table, air conditioning (can also be used as heating) and fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with 4-plate induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with large fridge and separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Dining area with dining table with 6 chairs (high chairs for small children can be added). In one of the cupboards is an iron and an ironing board.

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms, both with 1.80 m x 2.00 m double beds with two seperated high quality 90 x 200 cm mattresses with additional toppers. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (can also be used as heating), electric window shutters, 2 bedside tables, 2 reading lamps, a wardrobe, a laundry basket and a security safe as well as a large mirror. Cots for small children can be provided free of charge (upon request). Each bedroom is equipped with a 43" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with LED screen diagonal and easy access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video und YouTube (all directly as buttons on the remote control).

Bathrooms: 2 en-suite bathrooms with floor-level showers with rain shower head. Each bathroom has a washstand with a washbasin, a mirror cabinet and WC. One of the bathrooms has a hairdryer.

Outside: Large pool terrace with private infinity pool, covered dining area with rattan table with glass top and rattan chairs, spacious pavillon with rattan lounge set, gas barbecue, 4 sunbeds and wind protected outside shower. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the pool cellar. Olive grove and cultivated garden around the villa. Parking space available.

• The infinity pools of Sunset Sea View Villas Corfu are all operated as saltwater pools with state-of-the-art salt chlorine generators. Due to the disinfection of the pools by salt-chlorine generators, you as a guest will have a much more pleasant swimming experience. The water feels velvety soft compared to the water treated with chlorine/chlorine tablets in conventional pools. Conventional chlorine is known to dry out the skin, irritate the eyes, and even cause allergies and skin irritation for some swimmers. Because saltwater pools do not use chemical-based conventional chlorine, they are much more hypoallergenic (less allergenic). The "unstabilized" chlorine produced by salt chlorine generators is much softer, safer and healthier. It acts immediately and oxidizes very quickly. As a result, there is hardly any noticeable chlorine odor. It is still chlorine, but it is produced by electrolysis from salt (sodium chloride / NaCl), so it is far less chemically aggressive than liquid, tabular or granular chlorine.
  
  The salinity in our saltwater pools powered by salt chlorine generators is also far less than the salinity of seawater. You will hardly be able to taste the saltiness. This is because saltwater pools are operated with an average salt content of about 0.35%. In comparison, seawater has an average salt content of about 3.5%, which is almost 10 times higher. The salt content of the Mediterranean Sea is even higher with an average of approx. 3.8%. The salt content in the water of our pools is thus lower than the salt content in human tear fluid, which has a salt content of approx. 0.9%. Thus, you can normally leave your eyes open underwater in our infinity pools without your eyes turning red and "burning" as they do in seawater or pool water treated with conventional chlorine tablets.
• In case of long-term rental in the winter months (between November and March), the accommodation is not cleaned by the landlord. Two sets of bed linen and two sets of bath towels and hand towels are provided, which the tenant must change / wash himself (washing machine and dryer are available).
  

Villa/Cottage with 2 bedrooms

Il s’agissait de notre troisième séjour dans le site du Sunset Sea view villas. Cette fois-ci nous étions dans la 10. Très bien accueillis par la propriétaire, Magdalena… elle est aux petits soins avec les gens. Elle est des plus charmantes. La villa, du même concept que les autres à deux chambres, est aménagée différemment à l’intérieur mais c’est aussi beau. Elle est un peu plus grande également. L’extérieur est super bien aménagé avec un beau coin « salon ». Rien ne manque dans cette villa, tout est à portée de main, tout est pratique et bien pensé. La piscine, la douche extérieure, le BBQ, la salle de lavage… que demander de plus !!

Nous avons tout aimé ! Après trois séjours, je ne trouve pas de mots plus forts que les autres fois pour dire à quel point c’est un paradis. Un paradis dans la nature, entouré d’oliviers, de petites fleurs !!! Pas de sons de la ville… juste un coq qui se sait pas lire l’heure car il chante du matin jusqu’au soir !!!

Julia & Ian stayed June 2024 - What a truly stunning villa! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by the owner - Magdalena. What a lovely thoughtful lady she is. The fridge was already stocked with some essential provisions including water, wine, milk, fruit and a delicious welcome cake. The villa is so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds are very comfortable and the whole villa has a sleek and modern design right down to the beautiful artwork created by Magdalena herself. Having spent the previous week on Paxos we made use of the washing machine which was very handy. Outside we made use of the infinity pool and comfortable loungers. We used the BBQ on several occasions as we couldn’t tear ourselves away from that fantastic sea view and the sunsets are to die for! We absolutely loved staying in villa 10 and look forward to hopefully being able to return one day in the future.

Everything was perfect.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Sunset Sea View Villa 10. Das Haus war brandneu, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht - insbesondere zum Sonnenuntergang - sucht wirklich seines gleichen. Die Gastgeber sind herausragend freundlich, waren sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Villa gerne weiter!
