The tastefully furnished villa comprises a spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large pool terrace with private infinity pool and sunbeds, and an outdoor dining area as well as an outdoor chillout area and shower. Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, 58" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, air conditioning and electric window shutters in all bedrooms and the living room, free internet access (WLAN), a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a gas barbecue.

The Sunset Sea View Villa 6 with private infinity pool is located in a quiet area embedded in an olive grove in Agios Georgios in the northwest of the island of Corfu at the intersection of the 4 villages of Agios Georgios Pagon, Afionas, Arillas and Kavvadades. All the nine Sunset Sea View Villas Corfu are situated on five adjoining plots of land with a total area of over 12.750 sqm.

Sunset Sea View Villa 6 offers beautiful views of the coastal village of Arillas and from spring to autumn of the sunset next to or behind the Diapontian Islands and Cape Kefali. Due to the central location between Agios Georgios Pagon, Afionas and Arillas, several beautiful sandy beaches and also the double bay Porto Timoni are very easy to reach. The gorgeous sandy beaches of Agios Georgios Pagon (Pagi) (about 5 minutes by car), Arillas (about 5 minutes by car) as well as the sandy beach of Agios Stefanos (about 8 - 9 minutes by car) are all only a few minutes away.

Especially the sandy beaches of Arillas and Agios Stefanos, but also the southern part of the long sandy beach in Agios Georgios Pagon are all very shallow sloping and therefore very suitable for children. Along the three sandy beaches you will find cafés, bars, taverns and restaurants as well as supermarkets and souvenir shops. Motor boats (up to 30 hp can be used without a licence), pedal boats, canoes and surfboards can be rented on all three beaches. Also the picturesque mountain village of Afionas, which is located nearby, has quite a number of typical Greek tavernas and restaurants, which offer tasty food and also great views of the sea and the sunset behind or near the Diapontian Islands. From Sunset Sea View Villas you can take numerous walks through villages, olive groves or along the coast e.g. to Cape Kefali or to the double bay Porto Timoni near Afionas.

The Sunset Sea View Villa 6 is built as a bungalow. It has a living room with open kitchen and a dining area with 4 chairs, two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and a large terrace with private infinity pool, on which you can relax under the spacious pavillon on the lounge chairs or on the comfortable sundbeds and watch the idyllic sunset over the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea.

Living room with open kitchen and dining area: Seating area with two couches, couch table, large 58" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with 147 cm LED screen diagonal and easy access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video und YouTube (all directly as buttons on the remote control) and excellent sound with DTS Studio Sound support as well as air conditioning (can also be used as heating). Fully equipped kitchen with 4-plate induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with large fridge and separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Dining area with dining table with 4 chairs (high chairs for small children can be added).

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms, both with 1.80 m x 2.00 m double beds with two seperated high quality 90 x 200 cm mattresses. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (can also be used as heating), electric window shutters, 2 bedside tables, 2 reading lamps, a wardrobe, a laundry basket and a security safe as well as a large mirror. Cots for small children can be provided free of charge (upon request). In one of the bedrooms is an iron and an ironing board.

Bathrooms: 2 en-suite bathrooms with floor-level showers with rain shower head. Each bathroom has a washstand with a washbasin, a mirror cabinet and WC. One of the bathrooms has a hairdryer.

Outside: Large pool terrace with private infinity pool, covered dining area with rattan table with glass top and rattan chairs, spacious pavillon with rattan lounge set, gas barbecue, 4 sunbeds and wind protected outside shower. • The infinity pools of Sunset Sea View Villas Corfu are all operated as saltwater pools with state-of-the-art salt chlorine generators. Due to the disinfection of the pools by salt-chlorine generators, you as a guest will have a much more pleasant swimming experience. The water feels velvety soft compared to the water treated with chlorine/chlorine tablets in conventional pools. Conventional chlorine is known to dry out the skin, irritate the eyes, and even cause allergies and skin irritation for some swimmers. Because saltwater pools do not use chemical-based conventional chlorine, they are much more hypoallergenic (less allergenic). The "unstabilized" chlorine produced by salt chlorine generators is much softer, safer and healthier. It acts immediately and oxidizes very quickly. As a result, there is hardly any noticeable chlorine odor. It is still chlorine, but it is produced by electrolysis from salt (sodium chloride / NaCl), so it is far less chemically aggressive than liquid, tabular or granular chlorine.
  
  The salinity in our saltwater pools powered by salt chlorine generators is also far less than the salinity of seawater. You will hardly be able to taste the saltiness. This is because saltwater pools are operated with an average salt content of about 0.35%. In comparison, seawater has an average salt content of about 3.5%, which is almost 10 times higher. The salt content of the Mediterranean Sea is even higher with an average of approx. 3.8%. The salt content in the water of our pools is thus lower than the salt content in human tear fluid, which has a salt content of approx. 0.9%. Thus, you can normally leave your eyes open underwater in our infinity pools without your eyes turning red and "burning" as they do in seawater or pool water treated with conventional chlorine tablets.
• In case of long-term rental in the winter months (between November and March), the accommodation is not cleaned by the landlord. Two sets of bed linen and two sets of bath towels and hand towels are provided, which the tenant must change / wash himself (washing machine and dryer are available).

René ist ein super Gastgeber. Man sieht, dass hier viel Herzblut und Professionalität im Bau der Villen steckt. Die Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer sind sauber und schön. Die Küche gut eingerichtet. Die Terrasse mit dem Infinitypool ein Traum. So schön dass man die Villa gar nicht mehr verlassen möchte um anderes zu sehen.

René ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Infinitypool mit der Aussicht aufs Meer und Sonnenuntergang ein Traum.

René ist ein unglaublich guter Gastgeber. Man sieht dass diese Villas mit viel Leidenschaft und Perfektion gebaut wurden. Alles stimmt. Die Badezimmer und Zimmer sind top, die Küche gut eingerichtet und die Terrasse ein Traum. So schön dass man die Unterkunft nur ungerne verlässt um anderes zu sehen.

René ein Topgastgeber. Freundlich und kompetent. Die grosse Terrasse mit Infinitypool und die saubere Unterkunft.

Wir waren im September 2023 in der Sunsetvilla 6 auf Korfu. Nach vielen Kretaurlauben in diversen Villen der erste auf Korfu und sicher nicht der letzte. Die Villa ist phantastisch von A-Z. Rene ist ein toller Gastgeber, der sich um alles kümmert. Alles in Allem 12 von 10 möglichen Punkten. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder !!!

Stunning 2 bed property, very contemporary, immaculately clean, but what top's it is sitting out on the patio with a glass of vino every night watching the sunset we will never forget. Pool amazing and we named the pool robot Eric who did a sterling job.

Abundance of real Greek restaurants either in Arillas or Afionas out favourite was Porto Timoni overlooking the bay. Having Rene (Jurgen) close by and was an excellent host and very knowledge about the area and cared about his guests!

Steep drive, but we just parked at the bottom and tv a little high up, but to be fair we didn't have it on much.

We had such a fabulous time staying at villa 6 and will definitley be coming back in the future. The villa was incredible, better than we would have ever expected and had such stunning views, we defintiley woke up in paradise each day! Everything in the villa was top notch, very modern and had everything and more that we would need. Then owners René and Claudia were so lovely and helpful and welcomed us when we arrived. Nothing was too much to ask and they were always a phone call away if there was ever an issue. The whole experience was amazing, evertyhing was so clean and we could not recommend it more. René & Claudia also provided us with some garden vegetables which was very kind (the tomatoes are AMAZING!!). They also left us wine, beers, milk and drinks in the fridge!! The villas are in such a good location, especially if you are hiring a car. Restaurants are a 5 minute drive and other tourist spots are not far away. Arillas is such an upcoming area of Corfu and the seafront and sunsets are so beautiful. Port Timono is also a 5 minute drive away which is such a spectacular place and definitley worth the trek down to it. We also highly recommend Athina Taverna...this was the best food we had during our stay! We highly recommed staying at sunset sea view villas! Thank you again René & Claudia for such a wonderful stay!

Wir durften im August eine Woche in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbringen. Es war einfach alles perfekt. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ist sauber und sehr gut durchdacht. Wenn man ankommt, ist man zunächst einmal von dem Pool und dem Blick auf das Meer überwältigt. Die Villa ist so gebaut, dass man den Blick nicht nur vom Pool und der Terrasse aus genießen kann, sondern von jedem Raum aus... Einfach fantastisch. Wie schon in vielen Bewertungen erwähnt, besonders am Abend wartet ein atemberaubender Sonnenuntergang auf einen. Daneben gibt es aber noch viele Dinge, die einfach bei dieser Villa stimmen. Jeweils ein Badezimmer pro Schlafzimmer, Außendusche, überdachte Loungeecke, Poolroboter, Waschmaschine (mit Waschmittel!!), Handtuchwechsel in der Mitte der Woche, super ausgestattete Küche, Klimaanlage...usw. An der Lage gibt es ebenfalls nichts auszusetzen. In wenigen Autominuten erreicht man nette Dörfer, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Strände. Unbedingt erwähnen müssen wir auch noch Rene und Claudia. Die beiden sind absolut sympathische und sehr gute Gastgeber. Uns fehlte es wirklich an nichts und da gerade die Tomaten und Gurken reif wurden, versorgte uns Rene mehrere Male mit seinem frisch geernteten Gemüse...einmalig! Vielen Dank euch zwei für den schönen Urlaub, Wir wollen auf alle Fälle wieder kommen!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Sunset Sea Villa 6, alles war exakt so wie auf den Bildern: superschicke Villa mit traumhaftem Außenbereich inkl Pool und Meerblick in Richtung Sonnenuntergang :) wir waren erst die dritten Gäste und daher unsicher aufgrund der wenigen Bewertungen, aber haben alles richtig gemacht uns dafür entschieden zu haben: alles ist neu, sauber und einfach schön, zudem sind die Gastgeber herzlich und um die Ecke, wenn man was braucht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen :)

rundherum eine perfekte Unterkunft

- die Lage der Villa ist sehr ruhig, etwas abgeschieden am Hang, aber nicht einsam – auch gut gelegen, um die Insel zu erkunden - Alles, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht, wie Einkaufen, Restaurants ist (per Auto) in wenigen Minuten erreichbar - die Aussicht ist einfach malerisch, besonders abends beim Sonnenuntergang - der Pool bietet rund um die Uhr Erfrischung - die Außendusche mit Warmwasser ist ein sehr praktisches Detail - die Ausstattung der noch sehr neuen Villa - vom sehr angenehmen Bett (prima geschlafen!) bis zum Schälmesser ist praktisch und komplett - die Gastgeber - Claudia und René - sind liebenswert, sehr freundlich, fröhlich, allzeit und sofort nach etwaigen Hilferufen verfügbar - man fühlt sich umsorgt, wie in einer Familie.
