The Sunset Sea View Villa 3 is designed as a bungalow and for up to 4 persons. The tastefully furnished villa comprises a spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large pool terrace with private infinity pool and sunbeds, and an outdoor dining area as well as an outdoor chillout area and shower. Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, 58" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, air conditioning and electric window shutters in all bedrooms and the living room, free internet access (WLAN), a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a gas barbecue.

The Sunset Sea View Villa 3 with private infinity pool is located in a quiet area embedded in an olive grove in Agios Georgios in the northwest of the island of Corfu at the intersection of the 4 villages of Agios Georgios Pagon, Afionas, Arillas and Kavvadades. All the nine Sunset Sea View Villas Corfu are situated on five adjoining plots of land with a total area of over 12.750 sqm.

Sunset Sea View Villa 3 offers beautiful views of the coastal village of Arillas and of the sunset next to or behind the Diapontian Islands and Cape Kefali. Due to the central location between Agios Georgios Pagon, Afionas and Arillas, several beautiful sandy beaches and also the double bay Porto Timoni are very easy to reach. The gorgeous sandy beaches of Agios Georgios Pagon (Pagi) (about 5 minutes by car), Arillas (about 5 minutes by car) as well as the sandy beach of Agios Stefanos (about 8 - 9 minutes by car) are all only a few minutes away.

Especially the sandy beaches of Arillas and Agios Stefanos, but also the southern part of the long sandy beach in Agios Georgios Pagon are all very shallow sloping and therefore very suitable for children. Along the three sandy beaches you will find cafés, bars, taverns and restaurants as well as supermarkets and souvenir shops. Motor boats (up to 30 hp can be used without a licence), pedal boats, canoes and surfboards can be rented on all three beaches. Also the picturesque mountain village of Afionas, which is located nearby, has quite a number of typical Greek tavernas and restaurants, which offer tasty food and also great views of the sea and the sunset behind or near the Diapontian Islands. From Sunset Sea View Villas you can take numerous walks through villages, olive groves or along the coast e.g. to Cape Kefali or to the double bay Porto Timoni near Afionas.

The Sunset Sea View Villa 3 is built as a bungalow. It has a living room with open kitchen and a dining area with 4 chairs, two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and a large terrace with private infinity pool, on which you can relax under the spacious pavillon on the lounge chairs or on the comfortable sundbeds and watch the idyllic sunset over the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea.

Living room with open kitchen and dining area: Seating area with two couches, couch table, large 58" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with 147 cm LED screen diagonal and easy access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video und YouTube (all directly as buttons on the remote control) and excellent sound with DTS Studio Sound support as well as air conditioning (can also be used as heating). Fully equipped kitchen with 4-plate induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with large fridge and separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Dining area with dining table with 4 chairs (high chairs for small children can be added).

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms, both with 1.80 m x 2.00 m double beds with two seperated high quality 90 x 200 cm mattresses. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (can also be used as heating), electric window shutters, 2 bedside tables, 2 reading lamps, a wardrobe, a laundry basket and a security safe as well as a large mirror. Cots for small children can be delivered free of charge (upon request). In one of the bedrooms is an Iron and an ironing board.

Bathrooms: 2 en-suite bathrooms with floor-level showers with rain shower head. Each bathroom has a washstand with a washbasin, a mirror cabinet and WC. One of the bathrooms has a hairdryer.

Outside: Large pool terrace with private infinity pool, covered dining area with rattan table with glass top and rattan chairs, spacious pavillon with rattan lounge set, gas barbecue, 4 sunbeds and wind protected outside shower. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the pool cellar. Olive grove around the villa. Parking space available.

• The infinity pools of Sunset Sea View Villas Corfu are all operated as saltwater pools with state-of-the-art salt chlorine generators. Due to the disinfection of the pools by salt-chlorine generators, you as a guest will have a much more pleasant swimming experience. The water feels velvety soft compared to the water treated with chlorine/chlorine tablets in conventional pools. Conventional chlorine is known to dry out the skin, irritate the eyes, and even cause allergies and skin irritation for some swimmers. Because saltwater pools do not use chemical-based conventional chlorine, they are much more hypoallergenic (less allergenic). The "unstabilized" chlorine produced by salt chlorine generators is much softer, safer and healthier. It acts immediately and oxidizes very quickly. As a result, there is hardly any noticeable chlorine odor. It is still chlorine, but it is produced by electrolysis from salt (sodium chloride / NaCl), so it is far less chemically aggressive than liquid, tabular or granular chlorine.
  
  The salinity in our saltwater pools powered by salt chlorine generators is also far less than the salinity of seawater. You will hardly be able to taste the saltiness. This is because saltwater pools are operated with an average salt content of about 0.35%. In comparison, seawater has an average salt content of about 3.5%, which is almost 10 times higher. The salt content of the Mediterranean Sea is even higher with an average of approx. 3.8%. The salt content in the water of our pools is thus lower than the salt content in human tear fluid, which has a salt content of approx. 0.9%. Thus, you can normally leave your eyes open underwater in our infinity pools without your eyes turning red and "burning" as they do in seawater or pool water treated with conventional chlorine tablets.
• In case of long-term rental in the winter months (between November and March), the accommodation is not cleaned by the landlord. Two sets of bed linen and two sets of bath towels and hand towels are provided, which the tenant must change / wash himself (washing machine and dryer are available).
  

Villa/Cottage with 2 bedrooms

The view from the villa is spectacular, even better than the photographs! The villa is very private and in a fantastic position within easy reach of Arillas, St. George, Afionas & San Steph. Everything you could possibly need is provided including a lovely welcome pack. We will definitely be back next year.

Rene was a fantastic host and the villa was spotlessly clean, in fact so clean it felt as if you were the first guests to use it!

Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise perfekt erholsame Woche. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Villa hat überzeugt genauso wie die Lage. Ein ruhiges Stückchen von Korfu wo man entspannt die Zeit verbringen kann ;)

All you can wish for a perfect stay you will find here. Perfect located to nearby beautiful beaches. It starts with the good communication with Rene when we were still at home. Rene was there when we arrived and gave us a warm welcome and showed us the outstanding villa where we should stay for two weeks. There were already drinks and wine in the refrigerator ,spice and cleaningproducts etc. Rene thought about everything when he equipped the villa. Rene is very helpful and is immediately response when you have a question. Also the pool is very nice with the fantastic view. We will hardly find, if not impossible on an other vacation villa like this one.

The villa and the view are every bit as lovely as they look in the online photos. I was there for seven weeks in January/February 2023 and was really sorry to leave.

The view is breathtaking and we loved the sunsets. The villa is comfortable and tastefully equipped with good-quality fixtures and fittings. The heating works well. René, the owner, was wonderfully kind and addressed any problems immediately. Maria was very helpful too.

The path down to Villa 3 is very steep. Anyone with mobility problems should try to book Villa 2 instead. If you book Villa 3, make sure you bring shoes with soles which grip well.

Alles MEGAperfekt!! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von den Gastgebern Claudia und Rene mit einem Begrüßungstrunk empfangen und durch die Villa geführt. Wenn man das Panorama auf den Bildern sieht, ist das schon klasse. Aber wenn man dort steht ist es unvorstellbar. Der Pool, das Haus und das ganze Ambiente laden zum Ausspannen und Wohlfühlen ein. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und fast könnte man sagen mit Liebe gepflegt. Das Wohnzimmer hat große Fenster zum Mittelneer und verfügt über eine tolle Sofaecke, aus der man, genau wie auf der Terrasse den Sonnenuntergang jeden Abend beobachten kann. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschank, Spülmaschine und allem, was man zum Kochen und Essen benötigt. Es gibt zu dem noch zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad, Dusche und Toilette. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich ein Grill, so dass man auch am Abend gemütlich mit mehreren Leuten grillen kann. Der Pool lädt zum Baden ein und wird von einem Pool-Roboter gereinigt und gepflegt. Nach dem Bad gibt es eine Außendusche zum Abdusche. Die Gastgeber Claudia und Rene haben bei sich einen Gemüsegarten angelegt, von dem sie gern  Tomaten, Gurken ec. an die Gäste verteilen. Ein dickes Dankeschön von uns!!! Alles in allem können wir nur alle Sterne geben. So etwas bekommt man nicht alle Tage. Erholung pur …

We were so lucky to have landed in this stunning apartment for the first two months of our stay in Corfu. We were the very first guests inthis beautiful villa, and we loved everything about it. The apartment is immaculate, and fully equipped with all the amenities of home- perfectly well equipped kitchen, with all the convenient appliances, plenty of clean and extra towels and linens, our own washing machine and dryer, and our own parking spot. The pool and terrace were the ideal place to relax and enjoy the stunning sunsets every evening. Rene and his wife were extremely helpful and friendly and very accommodating.

The location, convenience, taste, attention to detail, love and care for the place and the guests
